Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or reservation. To accommodate this, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer your time slot to another customer. 2. How to Cancel: To cancel your appointment or reservation, please contact us via phone or email (602) 576-3170 or thepitstopcompany@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. 3. Late Cancellations and Failure to be Present: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to be present without notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the total service cost or $15 (whichever is applicable). 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date. 5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please inform us as soon as possible, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 6.
